Neurology specialises in dealing with disorders of the nervous system, it deals with the diagnosis and treatment of all categories of disease involving the central, peripheral and autonomic nervous systems. Neurology assessment includes compilation of a case history  and examinations including: sight, hearing, speech, musclestrength, reflexes, sens of feel, coordination, pain and mental status. Psychiatric treatment applies a variety of modalities. Treatment is given according to severity of function impairment/the disorder in question.
